Refund & Replacement Policy
Funny Bottoms stands behind every order. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.
Our promise
Eligible orders are covered by a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases you do not need to ship the item back to us.
How to request help
Email support@funnybottoms.com with:
• your order number
• your name and the email used at checkout
• a short description of the issue
• photos if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, wrong size sent, or incorrect
We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
What we cover
• Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
• Wrong item or wrong size sent by us
• Print/personalisation errors on our side
• Other quality issues we agree are our fault
Personalized products
Our swim trunks are made to order / personalized. We generally cannot accept returns because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or print, or don't like the style after delivery. If we made an error, the promise above still applies.
Sale items
Promotional or sale pricing does not remove coverage for damage, defects, or our shipping errors.
Exchanges
The fastest path is usually a replacement of the correct item, or a refund so you can place a new order. Tell us which you prefer when you write in.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email support@funnybottoms.com.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we'll cancel for a full refund. Once production or shipping has started, cancellation may not be possible — we'll tell you either way.
Shipping notes
Free tracked shipping applies on US orders as stated on our site. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Lost packages with valid tracking issues will be investigated; contact us if tracking has not moved for 5+ business days after the label is created.
European Union
If you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off right under EU law for your order, contact support@funnybottoms.com and we will honor applicable legal requirements. (We primarily fulfill US orders; cross-border rights may vary.)
